Autopistas del Sol SA is an Argentina-based construction services company and concessionaire of Dycasa SA. The Company is principally engaged in the management, construction, maintenance, reparation, development and exploitation of a 120 kilometers road concession, which comprises the Northern Access Highway to the city of Buenos Aires and the General Paz Avenue, as well as the roads connecting to the cities of Pilar, Campana and Tigre. The Company is also involved in various projects associated with its main activity, such as toll collection, traffic control and maintenance of the installed illumination. In addition, the Company is a 31.59%-owned affiliate of Abertis Infraestructuras SA.
