On January 12,2011, the Company completed the acquisition of Hathor Exploration Limited. During the year ended December 31, 2011, it sold its Colowyo energy to Western Fuels-Colorado LLC. In July 2012, it acquired 51% interest in Ivanhoe Mines Ltd.
