Beijing State-owned Assets Management Co., Ltd. (BSAM) is a large-sized State-owned investment company authorized by the Beijing municipal government to especially engage in capital operations. Its predecessor was Beijing State-Owned Assets Operation Company, which was founded in 1992, merged with the former Beijing Overseas Financing and Investment Management Center in April 2001.
