The company also engages in the manufacture of paraxylene; refining and distribution of lube base oil; and provision of marine transportation services for petroleum and liquid chemical products, as well as power and steam generation and energy-related consulting services. In addition, it manufactures and distributes solvent and petrochemical products; and invests in ethanol business and alternative energy products. The company operates a refinery with a capacity of approximately 275,000 barrels per day of crude oil and other feed stocks; a 118 megawatts power plant; and a co-generation plant with a capacity of 700 megawatts of electricity.
