Indexbeschreibung

The main purpose of the survey is to monitor retail enterprises by evaluating their short-term perspectives (current quarter and next quarter). The survey comprises questions related to output, demand, economic situation and prospects for enterprise development. The retail trade confidence indicator is the arithmetic average of the balances (difference between positive and negative answers in % points of total answers) of the answers to the questions on: present business situation; business situation - future tendency; volume of stocks - level. Survey methodology does not contain information on the use of seasonal adjustment. The last observation is dated Q4 2021.
